Important Details for a Comfortable Experience:
Parking and Bicycles: Convenient parking is available, and there's a secure space for bicycles. You can park right outside The Old School House. The parking is clearly marked. There is also street parking nearby and parking at the Sovereign Centre undercover car park.
Public Transport: Nearby bus stops make it easy to reach TOSH.
Attire: Wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy movement, and consider layers for additional warmth.
Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during our practice. Tea and coffee are available.
Seated Practice: Chairs are available for those who prefer a seated practice.
