Five Elements Qigong Practice: Learn accessible movements inspired by the Five Elements to balance your energy.
Pause and Reflect: A short break with tea or coffee and time to connect.
Create Your Home Practice: Explore how to build a practice that works for you with simple planning tools and group exercises.
Takeaway Practice: Learn forms to practice at home.
Closing Relaxation: A guided practice to leave you feeling calm and restored.
