In January and early February we will be exploring the Five Element Qigong practice as well as continuing to explore the season of winter with breathing practices, visualisations and other water-inspired Qigong forms. Flow through 5-element qigong to boost your energy and soothe your mind. Qigong is a gentle movement practice for energy cultivation and is suited to most bodies. You don't need to be flexible or co-ordinated to join and this is perfect for beginners. Dress warmly. By donation, in partnership with Bournemouth Parks in Mind.
