In February, build on your Qigong foundations and meet your inner dragon in the swimming dragon series as you coil and stretch your spine for improved strength, balance and coordination. The swimming dragon series is fun and creative which builds inner resilience. We will touch upon the magical properties of the dragon, known for its protective qualities. Qigong is a gentle movement practice for energy cultivation and is suited to most bodies. You don't need to be flexible or co-ordinated to join. Dress warmly.
