Movement in Nature - Creativity and growth - a celebration of spring

Come and celebrate late spring as we explore the spiralling patterns of growth we can see in nature. We will take inspiration from these to explore these through spiralling movements and reflect on how we can channel our burst of creative energy at this time of year through developing clear vision and goals. A fun, light-spirited workshop which will leave you feeling ready for the transition from spring to summer. As well as a gentle movement workshop, there will be time given for individual and group reflection.  Supported by Sport England through the Active Dorset Together Fund.
