qigong - Muscle Tendon Changing classic (movement in nature)

Throughout June we will explore and learn the Yi Jin Jing or Muscle Tendon Changing Classic. This series of movements aims to strengthen the muscles and tendons as well as to increase overall strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Classes will open with a gentle, supportive warm-up, an opportunity for intention setting, meditation and breathing and then we will move through the series, ending with the opportunity to take stock. This is a supportive and invigorating class and is accessible to most bodies. Supported by Sport England through the Active Dorset Together Fund.
