In November as we transition through autumn towards winter, we will be tuning into nature and gathering our energy inwards towards rest. In Qigong, these darkest days of winter offer the perfect opportunity for deep listening and replenishing our inner resources. In these sessions we will move in ways that support our breathing and help us to find inner stillness.
