Breath-Led Flow

A breath-led flow class that runs on Saturday afternoons for all the family (children aged 10+). Each class gives you the chance to tune in to your breath, to move and flow (fusing vinyasa yoga and qigong) and will often include meditation or restorative yoga. Please note that I don't demonstrate throughout the class, so that I can focus on you and offer you support and adjustments. I want you to feel comfortable with what you are doing and will occasionally demonstrate too. If you are unable to attend the live session, please book in as usual, and a link to the recording will be sent out to you. Livestream classes are different to online classes; I take time to get to know you and watch you, so that I can give you the help and support you need so you get to the final relaxation ready to move into the rest of the day. My classes on zoom are really friendly and we take time to connect and get to know each other, like a real life community!
