Wednesday Community Class
Experience Qigong every Wednesday at 10 am. Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice combining gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to promote energy flow, balance, and well-being. It helps cultivate inner calm and vitality, making it a perfect practice for both mental and physical health.
This community class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. It operates on a pay-by-donation basis, with a suggested donation between £5 - £12.
