Join me for an hour’s Qigong every Thursday midday at King’s Park. Qigong increases well being by helping energy flow better. You will soon begin to notice benefits as Qigong helps relieve stress and tension, strengthens your body, relaxes your mind, energises you, and supports better sleep. Each session a gentle joint mobilisation and warm-up will be followed by a series of flowing movement and static postures and breathing exercises. You will leave feeling calm and refreshed.
